You can see an opportunity for software in your business, but you're not sure what to build, whether it really stacks up, or what it would take. And the ground has shifted: AI has made software dramatically cheaper to build, so ideas that were never worth the cost a few years ago may now be well within reach. Before you commit to a build, it's worth finding out properly which of them are.
We start with a workshop — ideally with you and your team in the room. Together we explore the opportunity and shape it into a couple of concrete options, which might be variations on one idea or genuinely different directions. For each, we look hard at both sides: what's in its favour and why it could succeed, the benefits it would bring — and then the risks, the difficult parts, and whether something already out there does the job well enough that yours isn't worth the effort. Some options fall away; others emerge. The ones with real legs, we dig into — who would use it, how much, and how information needs to flow.
After the workshop we take it away and analyse it, coming back to you with any questions. You then get a clear report: realistic approaches to building it, an honest sense of the scale and cost involved, and recommended next steps. Where it helps, that can include a quick prototype to make the idea tangible.
The aim is simple — you come away knowing what's worth building, what it would take, and whether to go ahead, before you've spent a penny on the build itself.
